Blanco announces his marriage to a “real-life Disney princess.”

The ‘I Said I Love You First… And You Said It Back’ collaborators confirmed their relationship in December 2023 and got engaged one year later

Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are officially a couple! After two years of dating, the 33-year-old singer and actress and the 37-year-old music producer tied the knot in California on Saturday, September 27. Gomez announced the happy news on her Instagram account, posting a series of wedding photos and videos with the simple caption: “🤍 9.27.25 🤍.”

The photos show the couple holding hands and enjoying their special day. One close-up shot shows Gomez’s elegant bouquet of white flowers, while another shows off her gorgeous wedding bands. In a particularly sweet photo, Gomez sits on the floor as Blanco rests his head on her lap. Another clip shows her adjusting his tie before kissing him. The newlyweds wore Ralph Lauren for the occasion, with Gomez wearing a halter-neck gown with floral detailing and an open back, while Blanco looked elegant in a black tuxedo and classic bow tie.

Before the wedding, Gomez celebrated her bachelorette party in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, while Blanco held a bachelorette party in Las Vegas. On August 23, Gomez and her friends were spotted dancing and sunning themselves on a luxury yacht. Blanco also shared glimpses of his bachelorette party in Sin City, which included a spa visit, caviar, and a night at a nightclub. Later, Gomez revealed some snaps from her bachelorette party, including photos of her bridal outfit and a veil emblazoned with the words “Bride to Be.” She also posed in front of balloons that read “Mrs. Levin” (Blanco’s birth name is Benjamin Joseph Levin).

A number of celebrity guests were rumored to be in attendance at the nuptials. After the engagement was announced on December 11, 2024, Taylor Swift playfully commented that she would be the “flower girl.” Ed Sheeran later confirmed on Vanity Fair’s “Lie Detector Test” that he had received an invitation to the wedding. In September, Gomez revealed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that her Only Murders in the Building co-star Martin Short would be her ring bearer. Short and Steve Martin also hinted to Extra magazine that they had the “perfect wedding present.”

Other reports revealed that Gomez’s Wizards of Waverly Place co-star David Henrie will definitely be attending the wedding, and he reportedly discussed planning details with Gomez and Blanco. Nicky Hilton also told Access Hollywood that her sister Paris Hilton is on the guest list.

Gomez and Blanco, who released their joint album, “I Said I Love You First… And You Said It Back,” in March, have previously spoken about their wedding vision. In March, they described their wedding day as “a little more casual.” Blanco revealed that there was one must-have item: pickles. On an April episode of the Table Manners with Jessie and Lennie Ware podcast, the couple stated that they hadn’t decided on many wedding details, except for the inclusion of challah bread. “We haven’t planned anything for the wedding yet,” Blanco said. “The only thing I’ve insisted on for food is that [chef Jake Cohen] make the khallah. Gomez and Blanco married after announcing their engagement in December 2024, with her posting photos of a proposal during an outing that included her favorite Taco Bell meal and showing off her marquise-cut diamond ring. She wrote, “Forever begins now…” while Blanco commented, “Wait… that’s my wife.”

The couple began dating in June 2023, after years of collaborating on the 2019 song “I Can’t Get Enough,” but confirmed their relationship to the public in December 2023. “He’s everything to me in my heart,” Gomez commented on Instagram on December 7, 2023.
